I’ve come home sick from work and am seeing the doctor tomorrow, as well as my therapist on Thursday so am taking the right steps but it is all very hard." Sorry to hear. It can't be easy but if you are getting help hopefully it will all start easing soon. Small steps towards a better well being make all the difference. And talk as much as you can. Here, your ftiends, your therapist. I wish it all comes good for you in the end | |||

I had kot had fish and chips for ages. I was driving past my favourite local chippy the other eve and fancied some chips and bits on top with plenty of salt and vinegar and really enjoyed that even though I had a proper dinner earlier. You can't beat that allure of fish and chips though the strogonoff siunds lovely too. | |||

"I had good news at the doctors, test results are clear and I’m moving onto annual check ups so that is a massive relief and one less plate to be spinning. They were concerned that I burst into tears in the appointment though and when I told them everything I was dealing with, they signed me off work for 2 weeks. So time to focus on myself, let my body and mind recover from everything. " And my mum rang me to say she is coming to stay with me for a few days to look after me. Luckily I have no meets planned as that could be awkward to explain | |||
