My lack of motivation for exercise is killing me!
It's strange, I love the feeling of being active exercising but my gosh my motivation has got the better of me.
I loved swimming and had been swimming a mile 3 times a week with daily 3k to 5k walks.
I'm a big guy always have been, but fit!
I think it's because I get bored doing it by myself, lack of friendships that have I have a things in common. My wife works long hours and also feels the lack of motivation after work.
Stuck in a rut! Anyone local to me fancy kicking me up the arse!! |

"Check out the Cheltenham 5k Parkrun. It's free and you get to meet new people while improving your fitness. "

What Naomilatte said is a great suggestion. Park runs are not only there for runners of all abilities but, to help people interact with other's. Possibly join a local running group (often found on FB), they also cater for all abilities and age's and it's a great way to get into a routine off fitness and socialising. |
