Clearly just before she became your ex you both went through a phase of "you keep the cat", "I'm keeping Granny's vase", "let's split the CD collection" and so forth.
She didn't ask for the mutually-consented erotic videos to be returned, therefore I would assume she wanted you to keep them for posterity.
Keep them as a momento of wondrous memories and experiences. Watch them but don't share them or broadcast then across the ether.

with the porn films and pics you have the right to keep them.
as taken in good faith at the time.
what you cant do is upload them.
it is your responsibility in looking after these things make sure these are securely stored.
carelessness and theifed stuff can get you into trouble.
it is up to you if you delete them however it depends on what they are stored upon.
hard drive its a drill and smash it up cds and video cassettes its burn them.
ive also noted alot of people are asking to video these events.
I bet none of them have destroyed the episode if asked to do so. |

This, always. I did a mega purge recently, even current ones. I don’t like collecting it. It’s nice at the moment, but I don’t want that stuff on my phone or devices. It’s too risky and to be honest, I don’t enjoy going back over old stuff anyway. |

I actually don't even have a single normal vanilla photo of exes even, they just get lost in the ether.
Perhaps I have one or 2 of myself that they took, tastefully done, none sexual, safe ones.

If it's a clean/vanilla photo. Keep it if you want, some memories are just good memories. Can't see the harm in that. A new partner might disagree, but it's part of your past and what has made you.....you. (just remember, it is in the past and you don't need to go over it all the time)
But anything rude/nude/spicy etc. id personally delete. Out of respect for them and any new partner. |

It makes no difference to normal pics taken, to adult pics/video taken.
both was taken in good faith at the time.
whilst you can keep both sets and show normal pics to others.
the same cant be said with private pics/video.
you can give them a solicitors letter asking for them to be deleted after you split up but that dosnt make any difference at all.
the only thing that does is fully block any uploading of any material.

The answer to your question is no. I wouldn't get turned by videos of someone I wasn't with anymore.
To be specific I wouldn't allow myself to go there in the first place.
Just wouldn't make any sense for me to go backwards.
I delete them because they aren't relevant in my life. |
