Anyone else have a dry water butt?
I can't remember when we last had a decent drop of rain where I live 😭 my garden is so dry! 😭

Must have by passed me completely 
We had a couple of pathetic spots of moisture in the air which I wouldn't even call rain as it lasted for about 30 seconds |

It was raining cats and dogs earlier today. Proper bucketing down. But it's cleared up now thankfully |

i was telling the neighbour exactly the same it rained enough to give the ground a coat in large spots then it was gone. |

No rain yet, also dry butt's, we have many and 3 IBC units full, water butt's are now empty and now using the units, 2 left I think.
I hioe to get rain soo, the ground everywhere are like a cravas's.
One extreme to another, rain constant for weeks or nothing(like now)

Living in the Lake District, we’re known for our rain (I mean like, where do you think the lakes come from? ), but we’ve had nothing for weeks either. A yacht ran aground in Ullswater last week, in a zone which is known to be deep enough usually…..
My water butt has about 1/4 left, but rain is forecast for here this weekend… |

I gave my water tubbs a wash out as they needed it seen as they was very little water in them.
cleaned the bottom sludge our so total fresh water to go in them.
The rain so far has been very poor only got a ft high filled in it and thats from a 11ft roof |

We've got several, some are 200 and the others half that and all are full..
And it's still raining, tomorrow is meant to be heavier and for longer.. |

it rained all day Sunday here in the late district, so all the water butts from roof water will be full,I was working out in it, it felt quite refreshing running down my hair down my back even down the crack in my bum so my butt was not dry, don't usually like working in the rain but it was quite refreshing after such a long dry spell |

A little rain in sussex over weekend, and more forecast, but I don’t expect it will be enough to offset the recent dry spell here ……. Sorry to hear about your butt OP   |
