Im currently enjoying my first sips of coffee. It’s such a difference if you know you haven’t got to worry about that typical morning rush, getting all ready for work etc. I’ve got a lovely day off.

Been in the office since 6….. why? Well, because I must be crazy  but right this minute I am enjoying a pot of coffee and some toast ………. Over the weekend I am hoping to get up into the Downs and do a spot of walking
