Your honour I accidentally stepped on a snail 🐌...I think I ki🔪🔪ed it, because I just heard a pop and crunchy sound underneath my boot 😵.... I feel horrible 😖, I just didn't see it, I was in a hurry and it was raining and the snail was so small (probably a baby 😢 oh God what have I done 😫) and than I ran away from the crime scene. Please have mercy on me 🐶🥺 |

Obviously worse for the poor slug.  "
As a kid I once stepped barefoot on a slug in the cupboard under the stairs in my mums house when it was dark 🤢😭 traumatised me |

I killed a spider too once because it was in my hair. It was by accident though. It was big and I panicked and tried to get it out..
These things should be taken into consideration when then punishment is determined.
Manslaughter, not quite murder.
