Is it genetic?
Is it testosterone levels?

Good plan. I have absolutely no doubt that a lot of genuine scientific research goes into trying to improve erectile function and form. One random pornstar has not accidentally found a way that not a single scientist has found, or not ripped off the thesis from his book if it actually worked.

Genetics knowledge and evidence is perpetually increasing. The simple basics are helpful though  . You'll acquire half of your genetic material from each of your parents, which will influence your attributes, whether you are a man or a woman. Your mother will have influenced your dick characteristics, as much as your dad, from a genetic basis. The genetics gives you your base foundation starting point.
