Ive just waited my longest at 32 minutes for Royal mai to complain

Use the online chat instead if you type I want to speak to an advisor, and then type exactly the same thing again you will get someone within 15-20 minutes on a chat. The person who dealt with my complaint and gave me the compensation told me to do this and I would never bother ringing them again now
