Granulated sugar or sea salt
Olive oil
Dampen your skin
Scoop and scrub
*Put an old towel on the shower floor because you will end up in hospital if you don’t*
Then wash as normal. My skin is always so soft afterwards and I have naturally very dry skin.
I finish my body scrub routine with a lovely body oil.
For face I use a facial exfoliating scrub and toner a couple of times a week. |

I used to have a dead sea salt like that but you didn't dampen skin just applied dry, once it got wet in a bath or shower it released oils - your skin was exfoliated, smelling good and butter soft, the downside was flakes everywhere and slip hazard if standing |
