Never had issues with them, mixed opinions on them, but positive overall.

Personal choice at the end of it.

Do it because you want it, no other reason.

Hi OP, I'm one of those ladies that actively avoids men with genital piercings. I don't like how it looks, and just the thought of tasting metal in my mouth makes me gag. So I'm firmly in the 'no' camp.

Just one thing for you to consider... Have you thought about how long it will take to heal, and the period you might need to abstain? Also... Are you prepared for infections and flare ups? Not trying to put you off, I'm just being practical as I'm well aware many people manage them perfectly well.

I say its only going to add, like all piercings it can be removed. There are going to be those that love it or hate it. After it's healed its a simple case of removing it. The hole it leaves behind may also introduce some exciting avenues too.

Had mine done a few years. Healing was easy, your own urine cleans it believe it or not lol. Some like it , some don't. It did make the feeling more intense at first, not as much now, probably used to it.

Had 3 rings in a ladder for a while

And had a frenum piercing which got torn out , ouch
