As a lifelong atypical migraine sufferer you have my sympathy.
My first recommendation would be to turn your phone off and try to sleep if you can! And keep hydrated with plenty of water. Other than that paracetamol and ibuprofen if your stomach can handle both, and just find a position to rest in that's comfortable, and relax.

Sounds like an aura? Mine lasts about 20mins as it moves from left to right across my vision. Just have to wait until I can focus again to read or drive 😳 |

I think anything with triyptan at the end works really well. I used to suffer for days until I found these now I just take half a tablet and it’s gone in 20 minutes. |
