If you're picking them up possibly slightly further afield.
When I walk the ten minutes to my partner's house I'm technically travelling, but it's not really under the umbrella of travelling for a meet 💜 |

It could mean they can't travel long distances. They may well be able to walk down the road or get a lift. |

I personally only tick the appropriate box if I’m looking to meet , I post in meets and events and tick if I’m accommodating or travelling, the rest of the time it is unchecked as I’m not currently looking to meet , just chatting with friends or looking in the forums |

I always assumed that this was used as a bit of a filter to get rid of the people that were looking for instant hook up. Take the time to build up conversation and make a bit of a connection and you’ll usually find that they can accommodate or travel for the right person. |

Maybe ask them?
If they don't drive they may use public transport which will limit journeys, or require picking up. 🤷♂️ |

That's certainly true with the 'cannot accomodate' thing. We have been to quite a few meets at people's homes who 'cannot accomodate'. And of course we have hosted couples at ours, despite our profile saying we cannot accomodate. In all these cases we will have had a social meet beforehand in a pub or coffee shop. |
