Put a bag of self raising, yeast, salt, fat, water in front of one of these kids today, and they wouldn't know what to do with it. |

I beg to differ . They would create a mess in the kitchen using every utensil possible .. then leave the mess and calmly go and play in ps4 for the next 20hours … telling their friends they helped bake a cake |

Shouldn't be controversial but seems to be these days.
Weight loss comes down to energy balance, calories in vs calories out, regardless of health conditions.
Carbs do not make you fat or make weight loss difficult.
Insulin does not drive weight gain as promoted by the hard core carnivore group.
Calories still matter in the carnivore diet, ear enough eggs, fatty meat and you'll gain weight. |

Sould also add seed oils do not cause inflammation, no reliable studies to prove this. |
