I find a walk often helps. Headphones on for my favourite tunes, a brisk walk (almost to the point I'm dancing as I go) in the park or somewhere else surrounded by nature, taking in the flora and fauna. That definitely helps me feel brighter. |

I crochet, it helps me with emptying my mind. I also swim and get pretty cranky when I don't get to do it

Sometimes I let myself wallow for a bit; other times it can be treating myself … bunch of flowers, wine, a pamper, spending time with the one or two people who always bring me joy or going for a walk/drive out to be next to water and watch a sunset 🍭 |
