Its said that genital piercings are more painfull than others.
Having both nipples done then having a PA piercing done this week, i can honestly say nipps are the most painful for about a few seconds.

My most painful piercing was my boyfriend's PA bashing against my cervix! Arghh I hated it.
I'm pretty sure it was the reason I had scar tissue on my cervix and why I had problems dilating in childbirth with my first babe.
Other than that, my clit hood, ears and nose piercings were pretty stingy for a second but ok after. Nose was probably worse. But the intimacy of getting my genitals pierced was more intense in a way.
I don't wear any jewellery now though.
Good luck with your PA. My offering to you is to check with your partners how your piercing feels to them too.
