Not moaning just trying to understand, threshold loads of profiles on here with no pics and ironically they are more likely to insist on pics before contact than most. I get it, and im not overly bothered I am though trying to understand why? Does anybody really sign up to a site like this one believing its blind date? |

I understand people asking for face pics as mutual attraction can be key. But I think it’s unreasonable to ask for one straight away, when trust or discretion hasn’t been established.
I most often ignore profiles without photos though I have messaged one or two when their words spark something between the ears.

This. 
If a profile has no photos its easy to move on to one that does.
If a profile has no photos of one of a couple, again, it's easy to move on.
Some people don't help themselves and then ask why they're not getting the interest and attention they expected.
And nobody has to share face photos until they're happy. If people don't accept that then that's a 'them' problem. 🤷♂️ |

A life time of people judging makes it easier not to sometimes but will always send pic if a conversation has started but to then get left without a response is annoying not hard to say sorry not for me but hope you find what you need type of reply 🤷♂️ |

I understand that its annoying, it's happened to us one guy even deleted his profile when we sent our face pictures  but by not replying people are giving you their response. |

To answer your last question OP. Yes. Some people do sign up here thinking it’s a blind date and any hole is a goal. They’re not my kind of people so I filter all profiles with no public pics. Hope this helps 🌈 |

Women can get away with having no pics, because lots of men will still message them and tell them they're gorgeous etc.
Generally men can't, I delete anything from shadows and if one asked me for pics, I'd block.
People can ask for what they want, within reason. However you don't have to do it ie send pics if you don't want to.

We’d never message a profile that has no pics. If someone messages us and they have no pics we’d want to see one or two before engaging.
There’s so many profiles with no pics and the profile text says “fill in later” and been on here a while. As has been said, just move on to the next, the chances of you meeting them are so close to zero it’s not worth considering |
