Never have.
Various reasons why I may have one or several with someone then the next time, none. Luckily it's not an issue for them and I know they'd definitely prefer me not to fake it, just as I wouldn't if it was the other way round.

I used to fake it before so the person I was with wouldn't feel bad.

I am incredibly easily stimulated. I don't think I have ever had consensual sex without at least a couple.
But when I was younger I'd pretend to be having a better time than I was to encourage them to hurry up and finish.
These days I'm pretty communicative. I never want anybody to fake. If I'm not doing it for them, direction would be great. I don't need them to soothe my ego at the expense of them having the best time.

Whilst I'm not the great panjandrum (on anything !), I think most men have a sufficient level of attentiveness and sensibility and would know he’s not quite delivering. He’d 'fee'l it. And if he’s connected, he’d pause, take a quiet moment to be present, maybe tidy up the energy between them.
