It really depends on who is giving - most of the time not particularly. At all.

One size does not fit all, what works for one does not work for another. Some people are hard to read. A gentle "Yes, keep doing that" or "Just a little harder/softer" or similar wouldn't go amiss.
Instructions don't have to sound like a manual, they can be a sensual guidance. |

I haven't really had much oral with the ex as I never felt particularly comfortable. So have nothing really to compare.

Like so many other experiences, it's a learning curve. Some ladies have got such a high G spot that they aren't able to orgasm with penetrative sex.
