The exact same thing happened to me yesterday. On the very same meds. I finally got my adhd diagnosis and started 30mg Lisdexamphetamin about 2 weeks ago.
Normally my dick pops right up at even the slightest idea of something saucy. I can get it up even just thinking about passionately kissing someone fully clothed. If anything it's almost too keen to rise to any occasion. Group play? public display? cumming right up sir!
Well it 'was'. Yesterday it failed and I am deeply worried. The other thing I notice is that, although I still think about sexual situations almost constantly as always, I am just not feeling the same excitement from it recently.
These meds are, just like my dick, a bit of a let down. I don't seem to be any more focused now, than I was before I started them. In fact I seem to be even more absent minded than usual. The only 'positive' I have noticed so far is that I am a 'lot' more talkative now.
I read that for some men ED can be a temporary set back. I bloody well hope so.

Im 4 years into my diagnosis and 10 mg of dexamfetamine every morning and then 40 mg Lysdexamphetamine at lunchtime I used to have this issue but it went away after a month or too. I did try all sorts of doseage during titration but settled on the above. I find the fast acting lysdex helps me start the day off nicely. |

Thanks for sharing this. Hopefully talking about it can help other adhd swingers on medication.
Yesterday I did experiment with a double dose. Yes I know it was stupid. I did it out of pure frustration that the medication isn't doing what I wanted it to do. I won't be doing that again any time soon. And I am guessing that this is what is triggering my current erection issue.
Hopefully things will go back to normal.

I guess I after so many years of trying to get a diagnosis, the expectations on that one little capsule had built up so high. To unrealistic levels in fact.
A bit like a first threesome lol. (Except that I was lucky enough that my first mmf was one of the best sexual experiences I have ever had, before or since)
And, of course those meds work differently for everyone.
