I’m not sure this is the right place for me.
I hear that fab should come with a warning about people with poor mental health and rejection and I was advised that this might not be a good thing for me to try.
Do other people find it as hard and mentally exhausting. I’m guessing guys more than ladies.. coz you know 100-1 ration dick pic flooding in boxes etc..

I think it can be difficult for men with poor mental health if they get too invested. A tip that can help is to delete any sent message so you can't keep checking to see if they have been read.

It can affect women too, I've had my fair share of breaks from the site, I now only come on to message friends I've made and to use the forums when I want to input anything I do, it can be overlooked at times but you have to just let it wash over you. Don't try too hard and it will find you |

Yeah man.... if your feeling fragile, fab is difficult. You have to be ready for being ignored and not let it bother you and if your confidence is down that's going to be very hard.
If your mentally exhausted by something maybe you need to put that thing away for a while and concentrate on yourself. Fab ain't going anywhere.
Take care of you first.

Some guys have been on here years and haven’t met anyone, get yourself involved in the forums and have a laugh, don’t take this site too seriously, if it’s getting you down then take a break from it

The real world is the best place for that. Try clubs or a social.
Don't rely solely on fab and don't let it get you down. Just have a laugh.
It seems to work for me.

For you? Maybe if you’re already thinking it is.
For me? No, not really. I simply try to take the place for what it is, a place I can search for people I might get a long with and enjoy something sexy together. It’s not hard to enjoy Fab, unless you have expectations and only enjoy it if you are getting laid. |

Think of fab as somewhere you can agree/disagree with someone, but then look at your preferred forms of nudity, then go on to read a multi part thread on alternatives to jaffa cakes, complex personal life experiences, health issues and much more besides.
