I saw an insta post yesterday from a guy with a specific type of hirsutism that meant he had hair all along the shaft of his penis right the way to the tip.
Oh and I’m sure I read that trans ladies need significant electrolysis before bottom surgery to avoid hairballs. I’ve no idea if this is true or not (the hairballs bit) but it did make me think.

Quite some image, but biologically incorrect as lice do not have lips, rather they use tiny, needle-like parts hidden inside their heads to poke the skin and inject special spit that keeps the blood flowing (now that may sound like some men on Fab come to think of it).
