How do you like your meatballs?
Just fried, in a pasta bake, kebab style spicy and with some tzatziki, on your pizza, with your spagheti, perhaps in a couscous salad or spanish abondigas style or something else. |

Oooh that depends on what I’m fancying MB
Love doing them Swedish style with mashed potatoes, creamy gravy and loganberry jam
Tiny little Italian polpette to serve with pasta - I’m not a fan of the enormous ones.
Sometimes I fancy a big salad so I’ll make Keftedes and have them with feta and salad.
I quite like Tsukune too but they’re a faff to make.
Oh and when I want comfort food. Savoury ducks…. I buy these ready made though from the butcher
