Has anyone else had issues sending the site supporter text?
I can't send the text to upgrade.
I'm with ID mobile. Checked all my account settings, bill cap, phone settings. Two chats with support team there. No joy at all. |

"I don't think ID mobile let you send them, along with lebara and smarty"
You've seen other people with the same issue then? How annoying. What if I was donating to charity?! |

They will probably say nope
I am on lebara and can't either .I think it must be something to do with us cheapskates getting the cheapo sim card deals, you don't seem to have all the options others have, I wonder if it costs them too for us to use it? |

I guess that they get a cheaper deal from the actual network that supplies their service, if they just have the basic calls, texts and data package to resell, than others who get a complete package. That's assuming that the underlying network can actually provide resale of premium options?
EE has virtual network resellers who provide premium texts, for example.
It's something I look at, before switching, as I've been using it for many years and don't want to lose the option. |

It didn't even cross my mind to check. I've never had an issue on any other network. |
