Currently taking tramadol and gabapentin for a back issue. This has left me unable to ejaculate or orgasm at all. Anyone else had similar issues.
I can get hard and just about maintain it, so able to have sex etc. But no orgasm or cum. Which is most frustrating as its been over a month now and likely to continue like this for sometime. |

First thing to say is discuss with your doctor. I had similar issue (different medication) a few years ago and they took this seriously, acknowledging that sex is important.
The other advice is just to not focus on whether or not you orgasm. There's loads more fun to have - my ex even admitted to loving the fact that I could carry on and on.
Once I'd learned not to worry about cumming, I started to cum again. Although medication triggered my issue, very soon my brain made the problem worse.
The brain is a funny thing, and anyone who claims to understand it is a great big fibber
