I learned a lesson today about not being too impulsive. Was going to hand my notice in today and got called into the office and given a promotion so I guess I'll be staying a little longer. You really never know what's round the corner

Congratulations I hope it works out but what were the reasons for your initial feeling about resigning? They may not go away if it wasn’t to do with promotion…. |

I get bored very easily, and I'm ridiculously impulsive. But mostly I've been doing the work of a supervisor for about a year without the title, pay or actual authority so balance has been restored all I have to do is get over the boredom and impulse aspect now.
