Hi, I’m a genuine single male who’s been out of the game for a while. I’ve been single for quite a long time and, if I’m honest, haven’t had any intimacy in ages. I’m looking to meet an understanding woman who might be open to helping me get my confidence back.
Not looking to rush or pressure anyone – just hoping to connect with someone kind, patient, and open-minded. If you’re someone who enjoys helping others feel good about themselves again, I’d love to hear from you.
Thanks for reading – feel free to drop me a message or ask anything. |

I'd encourage you to improve your overall social skills, if necessary, with everyone. This would take the pressure off a specific woman to be your rescuer. If a woman is just a friend, then she's first and foremost a unique person. Cultivate all kinds of friendships, without the pressure on one gender and without pressure for one friend to become a romantic partner, nor a FB to become a romantic partner either.
Perhaps explore some of your interests in a socially active way? You could potentially do volunteering and meet other volunteers, whilst helping to do great things. |

What’s your passion out of work
Got to events that you like to do. Meet ups in the same things you enjoy doing
Myself I meet loads of people with similar interests. You don’t even go looking for a partner or date and it just comes
It’s funny but when to go hunting for something it does not happen, when you don’t go looking and just been you it happens 🤪
I saying this and been in 3 very long term relationships, I must have done something right, in between those I done ok as well because I am just been me, living life to max, travel loads too |

Literally have the idea of not dating any cis-hetero men ever again. Lol! |

No advice. Only my anecdotes.
I've been single for nearly 12 years after the traumatic end to my former marriage.
While I'm not a man-hater, I seem to get more easily irritated ( perimenopause and neurodivergent ageing) by men specifically and people in general... I somehow make all kinds of allowances for kids and animals stills.
about 2.5 years ago I realised that I was lacking intimacy because I was disconnected from my body and other people and just going through the motions so I joined Fab, clubs and events and I feel more alive and more confident now. I still have wobbles as I struggle to connect and have low libido because of it but it's better than nothing I say.'
I have no intention of becoming a man's emotional support animal again. It uses up too many autistic spoons.
there are women who have more spoons than me though.
Good luck. |
