Do you think there's many?..

...no I'm not looking to meet them despite my name..😸...but there's some profiles that the person hasn't logged in for over a year..are they now swinging on the other side 🤔.(Two on my friends list certainly are)...or just left and didn't bother to delete the account..

.. I'm wondering if there's any cut off point where a profile has been inactive for so long it's removed..

I have a friend who hasn't logged in since 2018 for various reasons and I can still see his profile.

There are numerous profiles who used to post in the forums who have passed away in the last few years so I'm assuming no one has access to their accounts to delete them.

Maybe fab should look into deleting if it’s been inactive for a year of so.

Must be something they can do.

As the last thing anyone would want to see is a dead relative or friend pop up on a search. That could be a really horrible experience!

In the last 2 years I've had 4 friend suggestions on FB for people who have died.

I had just this kind of 'scare' last week. I saw a thread started by a well known forumite who passed away a year or so ago .... I wish people wouldn't bring up old threads full stop.

So far as I know there's no cut off. Admin won't know if someone is just taking a break, has decided to leave without deleting or if someone indeed has passed away.

Re the latter. It can happen. I notified admin of one incidence myself recently and the profile was removed.

There's a model on Blakemason who died from I believe AIDS related complications back in 2007 and his profile was still on their page the last time I checked.
