They’re just the best ain’t they. Fucking love the timeless sense of them. Always clean and lovely food usually in buffet form 😍😍

I stayed in one in Colchester. Hotel was nice enough but the restaurant was truly exceptional.

Somewhere in the middle not the.....

Orsett hall, Wivenhoe house, rectory manor, ivy hill and greenwoods hotel are all supposed to be nice, not stayed there but people I know that have all had good things to say

Love a nice hotel and stay away regularly for work.

Some gems out there and once I find a good one in a location I often return and it’s nice when you’re recognised by staff

We went for the zoo . But yes, amazing food. I still dream of the cod in lobster bisque I had. Plus baileys creme brulee for dessert 🤤
