lots of people set their age range when they first started their profile maybe 10years ago,, but never increase it every year to keep in line with their age increase... but it is there for a reason so got to accept it

Back when I actually had an age range instead of just reverting to 18-99 I was already generous with the numbers, as I'm well aware some people age very well.
If you're outside the range allowed to message you're outside the range that can message her. Leave her be 💜 |

Because he's an annoying person that ignores preferences then probly whines about getting blocked if he does get through.
It's amazing how many gay men on another app I use.. Totally ignore anything I put in my bio the hyst see whips and "Dom" and get all hot and bothered and send loads of unwanted nudes. Then get angry and abusive if I do anything other than block them.  |

If you can’t respect their age boundaries when attempting to contact them, then how could they trust you to respect any other boundaries if somehow you did actually meet?

I sympathise - not sure why everyone else is so unsympathetic. They're right of course - people pick age ranges for a reason. But no reason not to be sympathetic.
That said it tends to matter less at clubs. I've never been asked my age at a club. I guess people see the person rather than the age.

You could always contact those who verified her and ask them to pass on your message and when they refuse start a thread quoting parts of her profile in the hope that might encourage her to get in touch.
Well that's what one woman who was well below my age filters did anyway. Didn't work for her but you never know..... |

We should be able to have gaps in our age ranges. I specifically don't like 31 year old. 30 and 32 are fine but them 31 year olds just think they are better than everyone else |

People have preferences and it’s right that we should not be able to circumvent them.
Also if you did manage to contact them OP that doesn’t change the fact that you’re outside their preferred age range.
There are some fun threads here where people will drop filters fir a short period to take part and that’s fine because it’s their choice to interact |

I agree with you.
Age is but a number.
Many people I meet think I look 20 years younger. It's actually an issue convincing them how old I actually am.
On the other spectrum, some people are younger but act substantially younger than their age.
If one specifies 45 and you are 46 it's ABIT stupid. Better to state a preference but leave the parameters open.
Have to say this website sucks for meeting people but fun to seeing and reading what people are looking for. |

I'm very reluctant to lie. If I lie, there has to be a good reason. A lady on the site who wants us to fk is waiting for an operation (I don't know what for because I don't like to pry) and will meet soon after it. Her profile states that she is a woman. A recent message from her states that her man likes to watch in order to keep her safe. It seems to me that she might be lying and that she might be lying and he wants to have a wank while watching us. She has agreed to my request that he watch us on camera from another room. I'd appreciate advice. |

If she lies on a major issue once, she might lie again on another major issue e.g. how do I know that he's not going to rob/assault me when he's in another room. Please bear in mind that she's only had one verification: for all I know that could be from her man. Perhaps I'm being paranoiac. |

I can't speak for couples or men but as a single neurodivergent perimenopausal woman, leaving all my parameters open is a good way to burn out. physically and mentally. |

The only thing we can do is respect a boundary and move on.
I think I set mine to 65, but realistically 55, and the extra margin for exceptional.
I've been on the other side of it too.
Someone in my hotlist from afar was nearby but I was a few weeks too old to message. Gutted.

Agreed! Safety is paramount. I once met a coulle on here whose male part became aggressive when after meeting them i left as their home was esdentially a crack den. I was young and overly trusting up untkl that point. The experience taught me a valuable lesson. I now find a phone chat before meets pretty esdential. |

This is so true! I and an ex girlfriend played with a couple at The Annex some years ago and subsequently discovered that we were actually outside their age range on here.
It is what it is though and I understand why people have age preferences as I have them myself. |
