Expensive and snobbery (not all of them ) and I’m from bath where there’s no clubs and tourists central , not that I have a problem with it but the north seems to be more down to earth and chilled out , I might be wrong but when I go to watch Newcastle I just get more of a happy feel up there

Complete lack of clubs here, Essex is basically a void of clubs and mostly private parties.

Ah the old north/South divide.

Do you mean the actual south is boring or the people in it?

Probably because you're happier up North. Wherever you're happier is better (for you).

I'm about as north as it gets. One club just under 100 miles away, others well over that.

It's not an absence of clubs that makes the south boring 💜

Because up North, winter is always cumming. (In fact it rarely leaves) so we have to get creative indoors.

"Complete lack of clubs here, Essex is basically a void of clubs and mostly private parties. "

Take that as a positive! Clubs aren’t ‘all that’, particularly from a solo guy’s perspective; we are the least desired denomination in the club scene…..😞

We have no clubs up here in Cumbria, which means the people in Fab, put more effort in to using Fab! Add to that the fact you can use Fab completely free of charge, at any time of day or night, to make contacts, why would you want to pay through the nose to visit a club, miles from home, on a night they grudgingly open the doors to single guys…..?

yes, very true especially if you live from the modlands upwards in my espereince. my family who live in ledds, stoke and brum, most of them say that and more so their adult children. That is until they get a chance to move south

One of the main reasons they are not moving down to london is the cost of property - in most palces in leeds you can get a nice house/det in a very nice area for 500/600k in london you will be hard pushed to get a nice sei in a nice area

lol

We live in the northwest and we know we spoilt for clubs. I think we have about 8 clubs within an hour from us. Then there is always socials going on either in Manchester Liverpool or Chester. We really do have it good up here. Guess the supply and demand is right.

Live in the south,I've found Northern girls to be naturally more sexual. It's not about the clubs, maybe the north has more time at home, they communicate with absolutely everyone and anyone. Go Blackpool, pop in the local shop and you come out knowing everyone's life story. Openness breaks down barriers

This has to potential to turn into a deadly "West Side vs East Side" bloody conflict like in the 90s ... or like in Game of thrones

Born in Cumbria worked in the Midlands living in the south,

Truth is just back from Newcastle and the Northumberland National Park

Newcastle, that is a place to be!

What a wonderful attitude to life if it was warmer, I’d moved there!

We love living in the south and don't find it or the people here boring.

Plenty of people from the north come here for their holidays and seem to enjoy it.

The South

This is true. Most fun is always up north and the south are either scared, or too prime and proper. They love the idea of this, but in reality no follow through. Only need to look outside of FAB and all the fun the north get up to.

How ever give me my Cornish beaches and more relaxed way of life down here to the hussel and bussel of the north
