There’s a uk menopause group on FB that’s amazing, I’ll send the link if you want it. Otherwise goto a large Superdrug & ask for a hormone level check, it costs, but it’ll put your evidence forward, drs can not refuse hrt if you have symptoms |

Insist on another doctor and don't give up until they take you seriously. You are entitled to help. The earlier you catch the symptoms the better too as I let it get too bad before I asked for help. |

You really need to press her, and keep pressing. I was lucky. I have a new doc ( a male ) who took one look at my history & wanted to know why I hadn't been put forward for treatment earlier. I also got lucky with work who have an amazing employee medical service. Xx |

Mrs4 went through it and had to change GP'S to get it sorted though as she was to young and so had to endure nearly 2 years until she changed GP'S and had the proper test done and wasn't nice and the NHS/GP'S are mostly worse than useless and be a 100% different story if it affected men as her current GP pointed out ? xxx  |
