Anyone started a new month of by returning or joining , I’ve noticed my upper Arms between shoulders and Elbow muscle is starting to waste should I be Alarmed by this I have previously been a Gym User , but mostly cardio treadmill so I’m thinking of joining Again to work on my upper body shoulders back my options are gym group or pure gym to use , any members have any thoughts or input Exercise to Build Arms and shoulders strength.
