Hi, could anyone help us with a hotel in Nottingham that doesn't need a key for the lifts or stairs?

We have a meet arranged and need a room to setup the Gloryhole

Crowne Plaza and has multi storey car park attached, so no dodging rain, right in the centre as well. Otherwise a few others around mecure etc do also but parking not as easy. It is becoming more common these days but you can always meet them in the hotel bar and take them up. As long as it has a staffed reception the bar area is normally accessible.
