I read an article in the mens health online and I was surprised to know about gordon ramsays body transformation, did you know it?
Well done to ramsay for doing the transformation. I am very impressed by it, he lost 50lbs, at his heaviest he was 270lbs and now he is around 220lbs, he also said how fitness is the foundation of everything he does and that he is at his best shape of his life.
I also looked into his diet, it must be difficult to follow a diet because as he is a chef and a restauranteur, he sais that good food doesnt have to be boing. I totally agree with that, he heats things like, scrambled eggs for the morning, then later for dinner chicken or fish.
It would be interesting to know what you think of his transformation and have you seen the pictures? He is now doing push ups and all sorts of exercises too

Well done to him, it takes dedication to commit to that.
With all due respect to him and his achievement I often notice that celebrity transformations don't last very long. I'm sure though that he will be an exception. |
