Seems like they're all asleep still. I'm wide awake. Don't want to be!! As I'm awake so early i think I'll go for a swim before work. Got nothing exciting planned though unfortunately. Just work.

Appointment with nurse for my recent diabetes diagnosis and day out today with my 2 youngest- lovely sunny day. Too lazy to get up and make coffee ☕️ 😂
Intermittent fasting until noon, so not even the allure of a freshly-baked croissant to get me up haha.
