I just found underwear called SAXX that is so comfortable - with a 'ball pouch' inside the pants too - promotes a good bulge

I wear boxer/trunk style underwear not briefs and this is a total game changer in freshness and all day comfort.

Does anyone else have concrete recommendations? I wish I knew these existed years ago.
