What are your go to salads and if anyone has any twists I’m missing out on please let me know

Potato salad, coleslaw, cheese, scotch egg, pickled onions mmmmmm

The beauty of a good ploughman's is it's simplicity.

Big chunk of good strong cheddar.

A couple of large strong pickled onions.

A big dollop of branston pickle.

A few slices of crusty bread or crackers.

A couple of thick slices of carved ham.

Maybe some English mustard and if you want to be extravagant a scotch egg.

Other than that keep it simple.

Lol I thought at lunchtime a nice pluughmans would be good but settled for 5 crackers with some strong blue cheese and a damn good helping of tomatoes as there is a bit of a glut of them in the greenhouse.
