I very much used to be in that camp of feeling like a failure if the chap didn't finish with ejaculation. But I had quite the epiphany following a few experiences that made me realise that not all guys need, or even want, to reach orgasm/ejaculation every time, and that sometimes just having fun and them seeing me enjoying myself and getting sexually fulfilled is enough for them.
