I hardly ever do, but tonight I had a small dinner so decided to have a pudding/dessert/afters.

Yes. I know I shouldn't but I do. However it's usually a simple affair like a pot of fruit yoghurt, raspberry fool or an Alpro plant based chocolate pot.

Sometimes I wish I could have a Rum Baba or a Jam Roly Poly with lashings of bourbon vanilla custard, or perhaps even a Tarte Tatin with Chantilly cream.

Is that when you have a slice of bread butter to mop up the gravy?

I had apple tart and custard. Went all in.

If it's sprinkled with sugar.

Round the bend

I don't usually have room for a pud unless we go to an arty farty restaurant and the meals are miniscule.

Yes, we are both sweet toothed but it’s not every day but more days than it probably should be 😬

Yesterday was apple pie and custard…today might be the same 👀

Fuck it - life is too short 🤤

Mostly on Sunday. Occasionally I’ll have something on a Friday or Saturday, especially ice cream.

We only had dessert after Sunday dinner. Usually home made apple pie and Birds custard or tinned fruit cocktail and Carnation.

Very rarely.

I may have some delicious vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate Baileys over it later, than straight after dinner, a pre sleep naughty treat type thing.

Sometimes.

Not every night.

Sometimes... 😇

Once a week, good friend comes round for a cooked dinner, we have pudding afterwards

Depending on the time of year, can be old school chocolate concrete and custard or like tonight, good old jelly!

Sometimes I do an Aunt Bessie’s apple pie, that’s supposed to feed 4, my arse. About a pint of custard and the whole pie can easily disappear
