I think being a timewaster and juat not responding are 2 different things OP.
Theres lots of reasons women dont reply search "no replies" in the forum and there is an extensive list of reasons people dont reply and you will find the most popular reason is so people dont waste yours or their time if there is no interest there 😁

It’s really just about preferences , you won’t be what everyone’s looking for (nobody is) .
There are a number of factors why women don’t reply, even just to say no thanks, including and exhaustively.
1) when saying no thanks previously they have received abuse
2) they have enhanced filters so your message may not even get through
3) they have 2000 messages from men
4) they have read your message and determined that you have not read their profile and therefore choose not to engage with you.
None of what I’m saying is a criticism of you personally OP just sharing some of what I have seen women say in responses to similar threads.

I don't see the correlation of not getting a reply and time wasting. If they didn't reply to you from the onset then they really haven't wasted your time. You were never acquainted with them in the first place for them to waste you time. |

People don’t respond if they’re not interested OP.
Also if they do respond to say no thanks it can lead to a lot of abuse AND it bypasses filters if they were to block men for example.
You may find you’ll get more response if you improved your profile… obviously… only if you wanted to.
That’s entirely up to you. As is the choice of someone not to respond to a message.
It has zero to do with “too many messages” IMHO |

The first thing people do when they get a message is look at the profile. If that isn’t appealing then the message gets deleted or left unread or both.
The beauty also now is that you can read the first sentence of the message without opening it. If that’s not appealing then it gets deleted or left unread or both.

Time wasters could be those sending unsolicited messages
Of course, the majority are here for good reasons. But they might be different from yours
There's no requirement to reply to any messages at all.
You can adjust your expectations so that they are realistic |

I do prefer when you write to a lady and she reads the message and deletes it and you know there’s your answer, unread messages are a little more difficult to interpret as I am aware ladies get hundreds of messages, I do sometimes try a “bump” after that I give up , don’t like people to think I am a pest |
