Or....you could just use message filters and stop pictureless profiles from contacting you, ignore and block any that sneakily make one public to send a message and then hide it again, and just focus on those that contact you who you are interested in?
The tools are there.

I wouldn't filter out messages from picture less profiles as understand that some have pics in private just saying its rude not to attach same when chatting when I have lots of pics. Boring belfast bastards lol |

If you don't want to chat don't chat.
Nobody is obliged to answer a message from anyone, whether they have a blank profile or one full of words and pictures. If you're not interested....just delete and block.
They won't send a second annoying message. 🤷♂️ |

Some people are very scared of even the most unidentifiable knee cap being out in public.
It doesn't mean they're picture collectors who don't meet. They might have a foolish strategy, though. |

When I get annoyed by this, I wonder if it might be worth introducing a personalised minimum character limit or something.
Then I realise that the messages would just read "hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcccxxxxxxxxxx" |
