Well after an urgent referral (Thursday)to the hospital by my GP due to a lengthy stint of severe back pain & sciatica.....then an overnight wait at the hospital til Friday morning for a MRI Scan, results showing 2 inflamed herniated discs pressing on the nerves, meds prescribed & told to just keep moving....I had a lovely social on the Saturday evening which continued to a rigorous bout of sexercise! THAT most definitely relieved my symptoms!😇 |

Had a lovely family weekend here 😊
Long day in the midlands with a family wedding celebration in the evening on Saturday and a late night drive back up north, and a chilled day with a roast dinner yesterday. I’m starting the new week feeling pretty positive x |
