Been eating chicken for weeks due to a lack of money but yesterday I played the good samaritan and it paid off.
This poor lady who looked like she needed a good meal tbh was trying to raise the money to get back to Wolverhampton. She approached me asking for £10
In exchange for the £10, i got a leg of lamb off her. Someone mustbe given it her as they had no money on them.
Lucky lady that she met two kind people in one day.

Roast beef joint perfectly cooked is juicy, tender, delicious and good choice for a big gathering.
Roast pork joint, possibly my favourite, delicious seasoned with herbs and spices like thyme, rosemary, and garlic. It's a leaner choice too ( not sure about the delicious crackling )
Lamb is of course delicious too if does not have lots of fat and cooked just right. A nice rich and gamey flavour and another favourite of mine.
Who doesn't like a suculent roast chicken. Easy to prepare and gorgeous seasoned with various herbs and spices. And of course leftover chicken is great for sandwiches, salads and other meals.
A nut roast for a meat-free option or restricted diet made from a mixture of nuts, vegetables, and grains and seasoned with various herbs and spices can be flavoursome and delicious.
Keep it varied, give them all a go. They are all gorgeous sunday (or anyday) roasts. And plenty more of course. From goose to rabbit, quail to pheasant and so much more.
Bon appétit mes amis. |

Maybe she stole it to sell for £10"
More than likely.
Having sold it she probably returned to her car to fetch out more st0len goods and go through the charade again.

My favourite is beef cooked rare with the usual accompaniments but I like to mix it up so today it’s pork tenderloin stuffed sage, black pudding and apple. I’m serving it with truffle oil pomme purée and some roasted vegetables |

Sometimes Leg of Lamb and sometimes Turkey.
Never Beef (which i understand is more traditional to do with Sunday roast).
Still, my favourite has to be the humble Chicken. |
