Reliability is a challenge sadly.
Can also depend on where and expectations.
Like mention above, the best ones I have seen or been part of have been at clubs.
Some MM guys on here offer arranging them for you and have positive veris from doing that so have a look see.

Sometime ago I went to a party by invite and there was a lady who was abused by a guy which was incredibly unpleasant. There was no consent.
Myself in another chat took this guy to one side and eventually left

I've never arranged or taken part in one (yet) but from what I've gathered from taking at socials and clubs... They are a bit of a nightmare as there are way too many dreamers and people will back out because they aren't comfortable being around other guys.
Personally I wish I had the space because I'd have a go at arranging them myself |

Invited 4 1 turned up
Another time anticipating no shows invited 8 and they all showed up too much for us to enjoy

They are a hassle to arrange, but great fun  We have to use hotels for party's and the logistics of having all the guys arriving and trying to gain entry is a challenge before you even get to how they perform to an audience! It's amazing how much guys struggle to get hard in a group. |

In my experience, on fab most of the guys who say yes don't turn up, of those that do turn up, half can't get it up 🤷🏽♂️ because they're not used to the group dynamic.
I'm one of the few who does turn up. If I say I am coming, I'll be there. And I will be able to get it up. Where were you thinking of organising it? |

Attended a few, they are hard to arrange. Book the accomodation, that has direct access that is quick and discreet without key card access, ensure you have 3x men invited. With larger numbers 4+ of men and one woman, have different time slots and stagger the men. Have clear instructions on what to do, and release instructions by time slot. Have extra people to explain, and have a place for people to store there stuff... |

I have done a number of gangbangs and attended countless parties. Private organised ones with randoms are hard to do as majority just don't turn up.
If it is organised with trusted people then they can be fun.
There are groups that specialise in attending and organising, with great reviews and feedback.
Or visit a club and the numbers and venue are sorted, that is half the battle. |

I went to one a few months back. It was awkward as fuck. A bunch of strangers hanging around to take their turn with not so many comfortable being naked around each other.

They're always a pain to arrange. I can almost guarantee your 1st will be just as difficult as the 10th (that is if you chose to invite new people).
I had to vet around 300 people to get a good group of 5 for our last GB. It was almost a full time job. You do need to put the effort in to filter out the dreamers, shy, uncomfortable people etc but its worth it.
