My body is too hot. 😁 No seriously, I have been in bed with different people lately and they noted my body heat when laying next to one another. Did not know that was the case. Had a blood pressure check up, turns out I'm better than fine, I'm very good at 113. So, how is it I'm pumping out too much heat? Anyone else dealing with this? I do sleep with windows wide open and naked in a cold room, or fan on my body all night in summer. So I guess, I'm a hot issue. |

You’re lucky, OP.
My lovers complain about how cold I am. That I get in the bed and the temperate drops, that my hands are like ice, that I’m too cold to snuggle etc
I also sleep with the window open and the fan on, cos being such a cold person I get too hot really easily and it makes me nauseous. |

Me...hot flushes. Medically induced menopause: I get an injection into my hip every 3mnths to shut down my ovaries. My cancer responds to hormones.
The hot flushes are f@cking soooooooo annoying!!!!! I was always borderline simmering anyway prior to all this. I can't ever take HRT also so I'm stuck like this....a hot sweaty mess half of the time 🥵🥵🤣🤣
