I saw them at the Milton Keynes Bowl (National bowl i think its called now) years ago when Grohl was on his throne of guitars after breaking his leg. Absolutely unbelievable, one of the few bands you can say actually sound better live! Times like these, Monkey Wrench and Everlong are some of my favourites. |

I applaud this total shithousery and have chosen to take the same course of action for the same reason - I did see them in Manchester last year though.

I’ve seen them many many times. Was lucky enough to see them in Dingwalls 20 years ago and I would say that was the peak for me.
A lot more excited for Harry Styles and Wolf Alice this summer than I am for Foos ( unless I could pick the set list).

Weird thing.
I love the idea of the Foo Fighters.
I absolutely love Dave Grohl - every band should have a Dave Grohl!

But I find their music kind of generic middle-of-the road rock. It's pleasant. It's technically good. But it doesn't really grab me in a way that sets it apart from all its peers.
