My nan’s spare room.

Try as I might I can’t get a perfect mitre join when I’m putting coving up.

I’m using a mitre block and cutting on the curve.

I’m thinking it’s not me, but the walls.

Usually is the walls that are a little squint... especially in a new build..

Just put the coving up as best you can then fill gaps 😇

Are you using a hand saw and block? Or a chop saw?🤔

Just try to get it close as possible, smaller gap, less work... though corners might be a bit of a cnut!🥴

Calk is fine for sealing edges, don't use it to join coving😳

I take it you're painting it...and the ceiling, the same colour? 🤔
