Really depends on the individual. I enjoy both. I know some people find the wand too intense. Sorry that’s not very helpful! If she’s never used a vibrator before you might want to start with a wee handheld wand rather than a doxy, they are powerful things.

It always wears off. A week or so of no vibes and the baseline is back. It’s never permanent. An old fuck buddy bought rampant rabbit and used it a lot for the first two week (multiple times a day) and then found it hard to cum. A short break and all was fixed

I am on meds that make it difficult for me to get there. I had a doxy used on me at a party and I got there in under 5 mins. So casting my vote for that one!
I also have a womaniser and I love that too but that one is more of a slow build up for me but results in stronger orgasms.
