When in Thailand…. Ladyboy’s

So many straight men are open about giving ladyboys a try when they visit Thailand to see what it’s like. Even being open about it with friends and encouraging each other to say it’s like going to a candy shop and not any sweets.
So it’s a shame that in the UK, when they’re all home, they’re very secretive and hide it from each other when they dabble. Why you see such a disparity of trans here vs Thailand / Brazil / Philippines
Here in uk pretty much unless you go private (how I mostly did it for surgeries / hrt etc ) you are pudding into the wind with wait times.

Very much a lot of being so far away its easier to not be on the DL as much for some guys
Plus there is a general more of a positive attitude towards people in wider society so less people hide who they are over there.
Also easier access to medical routeways means people can get HRT/surgeries easier than what is available here. Typically at least half or more than getting it done privately here |

Buddhism is the main religion in the region and I believe it is one of the reasons, as they preach tolerance and have a belief in reincarnation so you could’ve been a woman previously so parts of that previous life being captured in the present.
Having visited Thailand in the past and talking to Kathoey they can be very respectful to their religion, especially to monks when they see them on the street.
I also believe as they are quite common within the country each family would probably know one or two within their family unit, same as over here once we became more open and accepting to the LGBT community it’s amazing how suddenly our own families suddenly had gay relatives.  |
