This year I want to feel lest jaded. I want to look at the world with childlike wonder again. I'm not sure how I'm going to achieve it, but that's my goal. |

I hope that you find it - make sure you talk to people and don't just dwell on black thoughts on your own. Get out. Exercise. Speak with your GP. Get in touch with some of the self help groups in Birmingham (I think that is where your location is given as), for instance Birmingham Healthy Minds, Birmingham Mind, or Tough Enough To Care.

Imagine it is the last day of 2026 and think of everything we did and achieved and could have done better as we head into 2027. Now we have been given the chance to repeat 2026 again. Only this time we will get it right and 100x better. Time to get cracking.
